Ingredients:
1 cup of low-fat coconut milk or any other no-dairy milk
1/4 cup of black chia seeds
Cinnamon
Vanilla extract
Stevia, brown sugar or honey (it depends on your personal taste)
Calories: 320approx (1340kJ) when using stevia and low-fat coconut milk (without toppings)
Just mix all the ingredients in a glass or clear looking container, and keep it in the fridge during the night, or a couple of hours at least.
Before serving, add some fresh fruits, shredded coconut, dried fruit or nuts as toppings and ENJOY.
This is great as a breakfast or even as a morning tea or post-workout snack.
